- Payment is due at checkout. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after placement.
- We offer store credit for returns postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
- Please note: Discount or promotional codes must be applied at checkout. Codes cannot be retroactively applied, and no price adjustments are made after the order is placed.

Shipping Range:
- We ship worldwide.
- Paid Express Couriers (DHL) are available as an optional upgrade.
Delivery Time:
- Order Processing: 2–5 business days
- Express Shipping (DHL): 6–8 business days
- Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
Orders & Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Express orders are processed as quickly as possible.
- Customers must ensure the shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.
CharmingModa is not responsible for:
- Stolen packages once marked as delivered
- Delays after shipment with the carrier
- Lost, missing, or damaged packages if package protection was not purchased
- Delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier exceptions beyond our control
Package Protection:
- If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, email us at support@freyachic.com within 2 business days of delivery.
- Package protection covers replacement items or store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
- Package protection does not cover stolen or missing packages once marked as delivered.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if packages are delayed.
