Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged (e.g., tea towels, kitchen towels, napkins, placemats, table runners)
  • Accessories damaged or lost due to personal use (e.g., oven mitts, pot handle covers)
  • Items damaged due to improper cleaning or handling

Eligible Situations for Return or Refund

  • Wrong or damaged item(s) received
  • Item not as described on the product page
  • Faulty product or poor workmanship
  • Missing item(s)

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at support@freyachic.com before sending any items back. Provide:
    • Order number
    • SKU or product name
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with the correct return address.
  3. Mail your item to the provided return address and keep proof of return (tracking number or receipt).

Return Conditions

  • Non-Quality Issues: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached and in original packaging. All returns must be authorized by customer service.
  • Quality or Size Issues: If items have quality problems or incorrect sizing, send clear photos to customer service for confirmation. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you within 24 hours.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please do not send returns to the sender’s address on the package. Only return items to the address provided by customer service.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To exchange, contact support@freyachic.com for instructions and return address.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.
